Our new strategic plan was brought to life through an extensive planning process that engaged our staff, physicians, leaders, patients and families, volunteers, partners and the community in shaping the roadmap for the future.

We realize the need of the infertile group to have a normal, complete family, and we have found preventable reasons that interfere with their dreams. In JFGC, we are focusing on providing a kind of service that is comprehensive, updated, and science-based to bring up safe and quality assisted reproductive services.

  • Always provide proven medical treatments for your patients only.
  • Do not allow personal profit to influence your judgment.
  • Maintain and improve your professional knowledge, skills, and attitude through your engagement in lifelong learning.
  • Recognize and admit your limitations and seek consultation from other, more experienced colleagues.
  • Assume responsibility for any services or treatment delegated to your staff, including standards of hygiene, disinfection, sterilization, and cross-infection control.
  • Ensure that you keep clear, accurate, legible, and comprehensive records of patient care, including details of relevant clinical findings, decisions made, information given to patients, and any medication prescribed, or other investigations or treatments provided.
  • Ensure that all equipment you use in the care of your patients is safe, operated only by competent, trained staff, and is subject to regular quality control inspections.
  • If you develop or become aware that you have a serious condition that might be transmitted to patients, or if the condition may impair your judgment or performance, you must stop practicing to avoid risk to patients, seek advice from your senior staff or doctor, and report to the managing director.
